Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time. You can sign up right now, or you can shop first and create your account via the shopping cart page before you check out.

How do I create an account?

Please click on Login/Register followed by Create An Account and fill in your information. Accounts can also be created and logged into via Social Login with Google or Facebook accounts.

How do place an order?

Just browse our site and add your items to the Shopping Cart. When you are ready to place an order, just use the Checkout button and follow the prompts.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

We also accept Paypal, Google Pay, and "Shop Payments", which can be paid in installments. Please refer to the information on the checkout page for more information on Shop Payments in Installments*. *Subject to approval.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

We understand that mistakes happen or people just change their mind.

If you have placed an order and need to change something, simply respond to the email you receive from us confirming your order, and let us know what you need to change.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Simply add your discount code in the applicable box during the checkout process. You will then see your discount applied prior to submitting your payment and order.

How will I know my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive email from us confirming that your order has been placed and received, as well as any additional pertinent info for your particular order.

What if I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available.

If an item is out of stock it will be noted, and not available to be added to your cart.

How Long Will it Take to Receive My Order?

We're actually really great at moving and shaking, so your order will be processed the same day it comes in (7 DAYS A WEEK), and if your ring is in stock, we ship that bad boy right out via Fed Ex Priority Overnight Delivery, so you'll have it in a matter of days.

In most cases, your ring will be made upon order. That means, we'll typically require 2-4 weeks to manufacture the ring. Don't worry though, we know weddings are kind of a big deal, and we can work with any timeline and make special rush deliveries when needed - just let us know.

Is Shipping Really Free?

Yup, you nailed it! We offer super fast overnight shipping for free on all of our orders - regardless of order total price.

How Will My Order Be Delivered?

We typically use Fed Ex as our preferred shipping partner, and utilize their Priority Overnight shipping method. All orders should arrive next-day by noon (depending on your local delivery services) once the order ships.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

You will not need to sign for your delivery. However, if you do have a reason why you would prefer to require a signature upon receipt of delivery, we can certainly do that for you; please just let us know prior to shipment.

Will I be able to track my package?


All shipments via FedEx (or any other freight carrier) will be 100% trackable via the Tracking Number provided to you once your order has shipped.

What if there is a delay in my delivery?

Delays with shipping do happen. And while they are technically outside of our control, we will do everything possible to properly communicate with the carrier, as to hopefully ensure a smooth delivery.

How are orders with multiple items shipped?

Just like your orders with Amazon, we will either ship all items together, or as they become available to be shipped. Whatever makes the most sense in each instance.

What is your Return Policy?

Every Bonzerbands product is backed by our long-standing tradition of quality and craftsmanship. Bonzerbands will accept any unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Bonzerbands reserves the right to deny refunds for a returned item that does not comply with this policy.

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return once received at our warehouse. You will receive a refund based on the original form of payment. Please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to post to your account. To return or exchange an item, please pack it in its original packaging.

How do I start a return or exchange?

What is a "No Hassle Return"?

We get it... Sometimes things change or you just change your mind. That's why we offer No Questions Asked No Hassle Returns - you don't have to explain why - just process a valid return within 30 days and we'll take care of the rest.

How will I receive my refund for a return?

Your refund will be processed via your original form of payment i.e. debit or credit card.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Typically, you will see your refund credited to your account within 10 business days - depending on how quickly your financial institution processes the funds. However, lease allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to post to your account before opening an additional inquiry with us.

Can I return a Gift Card?

No, unfortunately Gift Cards are final sale and not returnable.

What if my exchanged item is more/less than my original purchase.?

We will either bill or credit the difference between the purchase price of your original item and the new item.

Do I need my receipt to return or exchange an item?

Nope, it's not necessary. Just provide us with your information (name, address, form of payment) and we will process your return accordingly.

How do I add a warranty to my wedding band?

You don't have to do a thing! Your lifetime warranty will automatically be added at time of purchase.

How much does the lifetime warranty cost?

Absolutely nothing. Your lifetime warranty is included at no additional cost when you purchase any Bonzerband.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

The lifetime warranty covers all issues and defects related to manufacturing flaws, as well acceptable maintenance and care as described in our Lifetime Warranty policy.

How do I report damage?

Simply contact Bonzerbands via our Contact Us page and we will start the process to repair your wedding band.

How long does a repair take?

Each repair is unique and requires the appropriate attention, thus making each timeline for repair different.

What we can guarantee is that we will begin working on your repair immediately upon receiving your ring to be worked on.

How do I send you my ring that needs to be fixed?

Once you alert us of an issue by filling out the form, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label via email, that you can then print out and affix to the box to be shipped.

But what if my wedding date is too close to send a ring for repair?

No need to worry... we've seen this issue before!

Simply alert us of the situation, and we can provide you with either a "loaner" wedding band, or a different band of your choosing. Whatever works best for you!

Is this warranty really free for life?

It surely is; but we understand the skepticism...
