Every Bonzerbands product is backed by our long-standing tradition of quality and craftsmanship. Bonzerbands will accept any unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Bonzerbands reserves the right to deny refunds for a returned item that does not comply with this policy.

To return or exchange an item, please pack it in its original packaging, and use the pre-paid shipping label we email you once you've completed the form below. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return once received at our warehouse. You will receive an email confirming that we received your returned item, as well as your refund based on the original form of payment. Typically, you will see your refund credited to your account within 10 business days - depending on how quickly your financial institution processes the funds. However, please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to post to your account before opening an additional inquiry with us.
